The difference between Perifit and PerifitCare+

The Perifit perineal probe is specifically designed for comprehensive pelvic floor rehabilitation, while PerifitCare+ features a specialized anatomical design to reduce discomfort during insertion and enhance perineal rehabilitation.

PerifitCare+, with its sleek and flexible design, is more compact than the Perifit. You can use it in various positions: lying down, sitting, standing, walking, or even while exercising. In contrast, the classic Perifit only allows for lying-down or standing positions.

Contraindications

Do not use Perifit Care+ if:

• You have abnormal vaginal discharge (bleeding or other), including bleeding after sexual intercourse, hematuria (blood in the urine), or rectal bleeding,
• you have back pain severe enough to require pain relievers,
• you have recently undergone surgery,
• you have symptoms of a bladder, vaginal, or urinary tract infection,
• you have a history of urinary retention or symptoms of urinary retention,
• you are pregnant,
• you have given birth within the last 6 weeks,
• you have neurological problems such as difficulty controlling your muscles, numbness, or loss of sensation,
• you have severe pelvic pain or muscle spasms, new pain after menopause, or a mass or lump in the pelvic area,
• you have pelvic floor hypertonia (the pelvic floor muscles become too tight and are unable to relax) or vaginismus,
• you have moderate to severe prolapse and have not yet consulted a healthcare professional,
• you are allergic to medical-grade silicone.
