What is bruxism?
Bruxism is tooth movement, either clenching or grinding. It can be caused by stress, and can lead to tooth wear, fractures and joint problems.
How it works
Sanabrux is a flexible, thermo-formable dental splint. It protects teeth against wear caused by bruxism, grinding and clenching .
Indications

Contraindications
- Severe periodontal disorders.
- Fewer than 8 teeth on the dental arch.

How to use the anti-snoring belt and its technical features
3-step belt installation
- Pull the red tab to activate the batteries supplied in the electronic device.
- Gently insert the case into the pocket provided.
- Place the anti-snoring belt around your chest, ensuring a snug fit but without discomfort.
Switching on
- Press the central button briefly (less than a second) to switch on the device.
- Two gentle vibrations confirm that it is switched on.
- Lie down as usual. If you're lying on your back, gentle vibrations will prompt you to change position after 10 to 15 seconds.
Switching off
- Press and hold the button for 2-3 seconds.
- A longer vibration signals that the unit is switched off.
Adjusting vibration intensity
- With the unit switched off, hold the button for more than 5 seconds.
- The intensity increases automatically. Release the button as soon as you feel the level is ideal.
- The setting will be saved for the next use.
Replacing the batteries
- Unscrew the two screws on the back of the case using a Philips PH1 screwdriver.
- Remove the old batteries and press the button briefly to discharge any electrical residue.
- Insert two new AAA (1.5V) batteries. A vibration and a green LED indicate that the batteries are correctly inserted.
- Close the case securely, without forcing it, and replace it in the belt.
- If nothing happens, check the polarity or test with other new batteries.
Cleaning and care
- Clean the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never immerse in water.
- The fabricbelt can be hand-washed according to the instructions on the label.
Warranty
Your PosiForm-Belt is covered by a 2-year warranty (excluding batteries and any damage caused by their use), provided you follow the instructions for use.
End of product life
At the end of use, please contact your retailer or a recycling center for responsible disposal of the casing and batteries.
