The active ingredient in EXPRESS 32 (a replacement for Professional cleaner) is ideal for daily use. It is more effective than commercially available products. That's why we recommend it for cleaning our SOMNOFIT (all models) and SOMNOLIS orthotics.
Simply soak the appliance in lukewarm water (approx. 35°) with a tablet for at least a quarter of an hour. Dental braces can easily be left in this solution all day, without forgetting to rinse them thoroughly under running water before putting them back in the mouth.
