Delivery
Deliveries are made from Switzerland by post or express courier.
Delivery times
Upon receipt of your order, please allow 5 working days for delivery within Switzerland. In the case of orders with EXPRESS shipping, the delivery time for Switzerland is 1-2 days. However, we cannot be held responsible for any postal or express delivery delays.
Return of goods
In the event of defective goods , either at the time of dispatch or by default, please return the goods within 14 working days. The deadline for complaints is 14 days from receipt of the goods. Goodswill be repaired within 5 working days and returned within our usual delivery times.
Some products are mentioned satisfied or reimbursed. This guarantee only applies to products whose page contains this mention. Refund conditions are indicated directly on the product page.
In the event of non-defective products, all goods may be returned within 5 days of receipt, in their original packaging; any protective bags for hygiene products must not have been opened. In this case, the value of the product will be refunded.
Refunds
Goods may be refunded if the product is not to your liking or if the order is incorrect.
Only the value of the merchandise will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).

Product warranty
General product warranty: 1 year.
This does not apply to single-use products.
OSCIMED SA is not responsible for :
- credit card payment systems, which have their own conditions.
- the transport company, the Post Office or others.
- the conditions of local distributors of its products.
- product misuse or use not recommended by the product manufacturer.
