How to use Xylimelts for dry mouth:
XyliMelts is very easy to apply: the bronze-colored adhesive side is placed on the outside of a slightly moistened molar or gum, the white side against the cheek. Use your tongue to place the tablet anywhere you like. If it bothers you, simply move it with your tongue. When you're happy with its position, avoid touching it for 10 seconds to allow it to adhere properly. After around 5 minutes, the tablet is fixed and can no longer be moved. The tablet works for 4 to 8 hours at night and 1 to 4 hours during the day. It is recommended to fix one tablet on each side of the jaw for the night, just before bedtime.
Precautions:
Xylimelts should not be placed on the roof of the mouth for optimal use, and a gradual introduction to xylitol is recommended, as it may create a mild laxative effect with excessive consumption. Risk of toxicity and hypoglycemia in dogs. Do not give to children!
