EEEARS is made from medical-grade silicone - a soft, reusable, water-washable and non-traumatic material. Its shape hugs the ear canal and safely scrapes away earwax. Its length (14mm) also prevents it from going too far into the ear canal. You simply clean the visible part, no need to go any further.
