The Sefam S.Box concept

Because not all apneic patients have the same profile, their care must be adapted and personalized.

More than just a simple device, S. Box is an innovative idea in precision medicine, placing the patient at the heart of his or her treatment.

In addition to the innovative positive pressure machine that is S.Box by Starck, the Sefam S.Box concept offers a mobile application and compatible connected objects for daily monitoring of treatment efficacy, as well as other parameters relevant to the patient's profile:

• blood pressure
• weight
• physical activity
• SaO2
• heart rate
• etc.

The SEFAM Access mobile application, made available to patients, also enables regular exchanges between them and their healthcare professionals, in the form of questionnaires and messaging.

All patient and treatment data is encrypted, secured and made available anonymously to entitled parties on a database called SEFAM Connect. Data can be transmitted via SEFAM Access, which communicates with S.Box via Bluetooth, or directly from S. Box via GPRS or Wifi.

The Sefam S.Box concept represents a major technological advance in e-Health, personalized medicine and precision medicine, with the aim of making the patient an active participant in his or her own treatment.

A dedicated patient application: SEFAM Access Lite

SEFAM Access Lite is a free mobile application designed for patients, enabling them to play an active role in their own treatment, thanks to its various functionalities:

• daily monitoring of the progress of their CPAP treatment with S.Box
• grouping of CPAP data with other health parameters (from connected objects or entered manually)
• transfer of this data to the healthcare professional, with the option of exchanging information with him or her
• set your SEFAM S.Box CPAP parameters remotely

SEFAM Access Lite is available in iOS and Android versions, on the App Store and Google Store respectively, and can be downloaded to tablets and smartphones.

Professional version: SEFAM Access Pro

SEFAM Access Pro offers more advanced functionalities, as it is aimed at healthcare professionals. This version of our application enables them to:
