Contraindications

Do not use Perifit - Perifit Care if:

• You are experiencing abnormal vaginal discharge (bleeding or other), such as after sexual intercourse, hematuria (blood in the urine), or bleeding from the anus.
• You have back pain severe enough to require pain medication.
• You have recently undergone surgery.
• You have symptoms of a bladder or urinary tract infection, or an infection in your genital area.
• You have a history of or symptoms of urinary retention.
• You are pregnant.
• You gave birth less than 6 weeks ago.
• You have neurological problems such as difficulty controlling your muscles, numbness, or loss of sensation.
• You have pelvic pain or severe muscle spasms, new pain that began after menopause, or a lump or mass in your lower abdomen.
• You have a hypertonic perineum (the pelvic floor muscles are tense and unable to relax) or experience involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor muscles.
• You have moderate to severe prolapse and have not yet consulted a healthcare professional.
• You are allergic to medical-grade silicone. Using Perifit - Perifit Care in these situations may affect an underlying medical condition. If any of these conditions apply to you, consult a healthcare professional before using Perifit - Perifit Care.
