Contraindications

Do not use Perifit - Perifit Care if :

• You experience abnormal vaginal discharge (bleeding or otherwise), for example after intercourse, hematuria (blood in the urine) or bleeding from the anus.
• You suffer from back pain to the point of needing painkilling treatments.
• You have recently undergone surgery.
• You have symptoms of bladder, vaginal or urinary tract infection.
• You have a history or symptoms of urinary retention.
• You are pregnant.
• You gave birth less than 6 weeks ago.
• You have neurological problems such as difficulty controlling your muscles, numbness or loss of feeling.
• You suffer from pelvic pain or intense muscle spasms, new pain after menopause, or a lump or mass in the lower abdomen.
• You have a hypertonic perineum (the pelvic floor muscles tense up and are unable to relax) or suffer from vaginismus.
• You have moderate to severe prolapse and have not yet consulted a medical professional.
• You are allergic to medical silicone. Using Perifit - Perifit Care in these situations may have an impact on an underlying medical condition. If any of these conditions apply to you, consult a healthcare professional before using Perifit - Perifit Care.
