How do you customize the anti-snoring and sleep apnea mouthpiece to fit your teeth?
It’s very simple: the Somnofit device includes two dental trays (upper and lower) that need to be molded to your teeth. Take a saucepan and heat some water, adding the thermometer provided with the SOMNOFIT set .
Once the water reaches the correct temperature, soak the upper mouthpiece in the water for 3 minutes to soften it. Remove it and place it in your mouth, then bite down. Repeat the process for the lower mouthguard. Once both mouthguards are molded, connect them with the flexible strap to secure the forward position of the lower jaw.

When should you not use the SOMNOFIT mouthpiece?
- If you wear removable dentures or partial dentures that do not fit securely in your mouth.
- Pain in the temporomandibular joint
- Tooth loss, loose teeth, or fewer than 10 teeth in the upper or lower jaw.
- Users under 18 years of age
